FusionFertility represents an integrative model of care, combining aspects of conventional (Western) and complementary (Eastern) medicine.
This approach provides a broader framework for supporting reproductive wellbeing, recognising that fertility is influenced by physical, emotional, and psychosocial factors.
At CIS, we focus on the whole person — not only the reproductive system — and support patients through every stage of their fertility care journey.
In collaboration with medical and allied health professionals, we explore evidence-informed strategies that may complement standard fertility care, including:
These strategies are not alternatives to medical fertility treatment.
They may be discussed as supportive measures under specialist supervision, tailored to each individual in collaboration with your fertility specialist and consistent with current best-practice guidelines.
At FusionFertility, IV and injection therapies are delivered under the clinical guidance of Dr Nick Lolatgis and provided by our registered nursing and midwifery team.
These therapies are considered within an individualised care plan following clinical assessment and are not a substitute for medical treatment.
A supportive program that may include prescribed vitamin or antioxidant injections, nutrient infusions, and adjunctive measures.
Our aim is to assist in supporting general cellular and metabolic health relevant to reproductive function.
Nutrients that may be discussed include Coenzyme Q10, NAD⁺ precursors, and antioxidants.
Current research into fertility outcomes is limited and evolving. Our team reviews your medical history, investigations, and specialist recommendations before offering any therapy.
These therapies do not guarantee changes in egg or sperm quality and are always considered alongside specialist fertility care.
Some IV nutrient or injection protocols may be used to support normal metabolic and endocrine function (e.g. B-group vitamins, magnesium, selected amino acids).
Where hormone-related concerns are identified, our team coordinates appropriate assessment and medical management within a specialist framework.
All interventions complement — and do not replace — evidence-based endocrine or fertility treatments.
Following assessment, our team may consider IV nutrients or injections (e.g. vitamin B12, NAD⁺, amino acids) to support normal cellular energy production, particularly where deficiencies or increased demands are identified.
Responses vary between individuals, and the evidence base for IV therapy specifically for fatigue or vitality is variable.
Chronic stress can influence multiple body systems. As part of a broader plan, our team may use supportive nutrients (e.g. magnesium, vitamin C, B-complex) alongside recognised approaches such as counselling, sleep hygiene, and nutrition guidance.
These therapies are intended to complement comprehensive care within our multidisciplinary model.
We offer clinically guided supplement programs to assist in maintaining nutrient balance and general wellbeing.
All recommendations are based on clinical assessment and aligned with current best-practice fertility and preconception guidelines.
