Patient Intake Requirements

• You will be required to complete a Patient Intake Questionnaire, which takes approximately 10–15 minutes to complete.
• Supporting documentation may be requested (e.g., pathology results, referral letter for Vitamin D injections) to ensure safe treatment planning.

Appointment Availability

• New patient bookings for IV infusions and IM injections are generally available within 2 weeks.
• Once your intake form is reviewed, our Infusion Nurse will arrange a Telehealth consultation for your pre-treatment assessment. The fee for this consultation is $50 (non‑refundable) and will be credited toward your chosen treatment.

Infusion Appointments

• Full payment for your selected protocol is due at the time of booking your infusion or IM injection appointment.
• IV infusions: approximately $180–$750 per infusion.
• IM injections: approximately $120–$400 (single injections and courses).
• Following your Telehealth pre-treatment assessment, your infusion or IM injection appointment will be scheduled approximately 2 weeks later to allow for ordering and compounding of your personalised protocol and completion of any required pre-treatment clinical checks.

Cancellation Policy

• Once payment is made and your treatment has been ordered or compounded, refunds are not available.
• After your appointment is confirmed, you will receive full details regarding our cancellation policy and any associated fees.
