IVF Nurse

Sharon trained as a registered nurse in the UK after which she returned to Australia where she had spent some of her teenage years. She has since completed a Bachelor of Applied Science, Advanced Nursing and Part 1 of the Family Planning Course. As a passionate advocate of Women’s Health, she has spent more than twenty years working in the area of Reproductive Health, mainly at Monash IVF.

Professionally, she has been an active member of an Australian Health Ethics committee on the use of reproductive technology, attended and presented at many different medical conferences, been involved in extensive research and travelled to overseas clinics on behalf of Monash IVF.
